A reader sent in a question recently, looking for advice on how to get rid of all the toxins in her body. Here's what she asked:

I would like some advice on cleansing my system after partying way too much and consuming more wine than is considered "healthy" the last couple of months.

I am tired of feeling lethargic and don't want to get caught up in an unhealthy habit and downward spiral - I have seen this happen to people. I want to be rather too careful and do something now than wait for a possible disastrous outcome. I go to gym times a week yet feel I contradict myself by then having drinks and late nights thereafter!

My mother was an alcoholic and died from a stroke, caused by multiple organ failure - due to drinking. So I would take action now than fall prey to the same fate. Any advice you can give will be much appreciated.

Stop drinking, it is toxic to your body. keep up the exercise and stick to a healthy eating program. Drinking alcohol is in some of our genes and you might have to eventually join AA if you cannot crack it as the previous post suggested.

Start smoking weed. Its better for you, will get you all F@z#ed up, and you wont die of anything. Remember to use a vaporiser to prevent people giving you grief for lung damage.
